Can I ask for modifications to my banner?

You can request unlimited banner redesigns to get your banner just right, but after three revisions you can no longer request a full refund.

This means that if after three revisions you think we aren't close to what you were looking for you should request a refund. Alternatively if you think we are almost there but just need a couple of small changes then we will be happy to carry out further redesigns until you are 100% satisfied, but the refund option is no longer available from this point onwards.

In most cases we are usually able to get your banners just the way you want them within the first couple of revisions, often the very first time.

We are so confident in our designs we are one of the only, if not the only professional web banner design company to offer a full refund guarantee.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR WEB BANNER

1. Decide whether you want to create your own banner package or if one of our popular bundle banner packages suits your needs, the bundle packages work out cheaper than ordering individually.

2. Keep the web banner brief focussed and to the point. Limiting your key selling points to 3 normally ensures this is best achieved, but if you do require more please include them in the comments section when ordering.

3. Give consideration to aspects such as colours, any examples of similar banners you have seen and filesize limits, generally we try to stay around 30k per banner or less, but if you require a specific limit just let us know.

4. If you have images of products, logos or anything else you would like included please get these ready to be sent just after completing checkout where you will have a chance to attach these to your project ticket. Equally if you have a written brief you can attach this at this time also.

5. Not quite sure what you want? Don't worry, just provide us the basics in the order form and we will create beautiful banners that compliment your website.
