What Information do you need for the web banner?
We require your site address, logo and text messages that you would like included in your banner design, If you have any images you would like used on the banner you can attach them in the project area after you have completed your order.
How can I send you images?
If you want to include images or your logo, you can attach them to the project once you have completed the checkout process, details will be sent by email on how to do this. If you have more than one image, if possible please include them all inside one zip file.
What are PSD/Source files?
PSD files are Photoshop Source files. It is the layered graphical format that we design your banners in before they are optimised into .jpg .gif or .png files ready for use on your website. If you have Adobe Photoshop and you purchase the original PSD files clients can modify their own banner details or design using this file in the future.
What is the difference between animated banners and static banners?
Animated banner includes moving elements such as text, images, etc, While Static banner contains no animation or moving elements. Often Animated banners may convert better due to their more prominent nature but they usually have a larger file size.
What Payment Options are Available?Currently we process orders with Google Checkout or PayPal as our card processors. This means that you may use your Google Checkout or PayPal account if you already have one, alternatively if you don't have either of these accounts setup you can still make payment with either of these options. Alternatively if you think we are almost there but just need a couple of small changes then we will be happy to carry out further redesigns until you are 100% satisfied, but the refund option is no longer available from this point onwards. In most cases we are usually able to get your banners just the way you want them within the first couple of revisions, often the very first time. We offer an unlimited number of free modifications to color , text messages, animation etc.on the same banner design until you are 100% happy with the design.
